This is definitely the best bang for your buck Japanese or Asian food in Glasgow and surrounding area. The quality and consistency of food and service is excellent whether you are dining in or picking up for take home. Prompt service and awesome food for a more reasonable price than local competition. We eat here at least twice a month and are never disappointed.

Food and service was excellent! Contrary to what Yelp and my Google Maps said, they are indeed open on Sundays! The place was clean and tidy and we were greeted, seated and served immediately. It was our first time here (traveling from out of town) and we will definitely return if ever in the area again. The only complaints I had was there was no scallops option for the Dinner Bento Box and no mushrooms in the veggies. The Yum Yum and Ginger Sauces were some of the best I've ever had. This place won't disappoint!

The food here is always delicious. The taste, flavor and presentation always spot on for my palette. They always seem to need another server or two to really do a good job of taking care of the customer. The server tonight is friendly and polite but needs help. I would give them a higher rating if they were better staffed. We will be back!

Awesome ,
I went to there with a friend today, and this is my first time to this restaurant. I like the dining environment very much. I ordered one hibachi filet and shrimp on dinner menu.My friend ordered dynamite roll .Delicious. The waiter is a young boy, very polite and considerate. Generally speaking, We like yamato. Will be back again. Thanks for serving great food and value price. -
